This course is a self guided. It includes:

  1. A 35 minute video going over mindful eating. Including the what, why's, and how's. You can watched whenever it's convenient to you, as many times as you want.
  2. A 10 page PDF with various handouts for you to access whenever you want, or print. Including things like The Hunger Scale, Mindful Eating Practices, and Types of Hunger, to name a few.
  3. A guided mindful eating experience. A 5 minute video where we walk you through eating mindfully. This is not something you'll do all the time, or even ever again, but it stays with you. Highly recommended!
